1. Identifying and Sourcing OPT Candidates

  • Networking with Universities: Build relationships with universities and colleges to connect with students eligible for OPT.
  • Job Portals and Job Fairs: Post openings on job boards targeting OPT students and attend career fairs to recruit international students.
  • Active Sourcing: Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other specialized job portals to find and engage potential OPT candidates.

2. Screening and Interviewing Candidates

  • Review Resumes and Applications: Screen resumes of OPT candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications of open positions.
