1. Job Analysis and Requirements Gathering

2. Sourcing Candidates

  • Use multiple sourcing methods to identify qualified candidates, including job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, and specialized IT recruiting platforms.
  • Network with potential candidates through events, online communities, and industry groups.
  • Leverage Boolean search techniques and advanced recruitment tools to find passive candidates.
